Leaked Kia Forte Concept Sketches Stir Up Excitement

Kia Forte

We here at Beaverton Kia are always excited for the next big thing to come from our favorite South Korean automaker. More specifically, we know that the Kia Forte is in for a redesign going into the 2013 model year. While we’re eager to learn what’s in store for the lauded compact model, we also know that we shouldn’t trust any other source than the company themselves…

That said, however, some sketches of a redesigned Forte have surfaced recently, and we must say that they look as credible as anything that Kia would release. That’s why we would like to take a minute to go over them with you, as they’re quite exciting. We would note, again, though, that these sketches are not official and should not be taken as proof of what’s truly coming next.

The sketches show a refined vehicle that’s more in line with Kia sibling-company, Hyundai’s Elantra, while retaining many of the aspects that set apart the current Forte from the competition. This includes assets like its front grille, tailings, and headlights. The vehicle features a sloping roofline, similar to the Kia Ray concept that was shown off in 2010.

As for what’s inside the car… The sketches only outline the outside of the vehicle. For what the inside will look like, we’ll simply have to stay tuned for more from Kia.

Of course, if you’re more interested in the Kia Forte that’s more immediately available, we don’t blame you. In fact, we wholeheartedly encourage you to take it for a test drive here at 12520 SW Canyon Rd Beaverton, OR 97005. You can also arrange a test drive on any other new Kia model that we carry simply by contacting us online or by phone at 503 526 2191. We’re more than happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding financing specific models, such as the Kia Soul, Sportage, and Optima, and we can even help you figure out the tougher details of ownership, like servicing your next Kia with genuine parts.
