The cherry on top was their gift to me for buying a new vehicle, two bottles from the winery! Thanks Bob! That was such a nice surprise. One last thing, I absolutely loved that I got to work with just Enrique from start to finish. Great service experience

I received great service as always. All staff is friendly, helpful and professional. A Kia rental car wasn’t available but Hertz down the street quickly picked me up and I had a car to use for the day. The process was smooth and easy.

Eli Pena was great at explaining the recommendations for more service needs than I expected. I was in for an oil change and did not expect close to $2000 extra service items needed! Eli broke it down for me in detail and I decided to wait since he assured me none were safety issues and could be prioritized (he suggested the most important two for the good of the car). I’ll be back to address those and strategize the rest at or before my next scheduled service. Need to figure out the finances first. As I said, Eli was great. The only change I suggest is in the lounge. There were only two side tables, both on use, but many more nice new chairs. The only option to relax with a beverage in a comfy chair was to hold the cup or put it on the floor! Awkward while balancing a laptop or book!!!

Car was taken care of thoroughly, lots of maintenance and repairs done here over the years. If you have a newer 8spd transmission, double check transmission fluid used for flushes. We had to specifically request SPIV fluid; their system defaults to SPIII which is not optimal for our model

Our salesperson, Alexander, was so great to work with. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. He made us comfortable and our transaction went smoothly. We would absolutely work with him again.

Amazing experience with Wyk! If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, kind salesperson look no further. We were searching for a specific car and Wyk was amazing. There was no part of the buying process that felt like work. I have recommended several people to the dealership because he made the car buying process so seemless. We waited 6 months to write this review to really settle into our new-to-us car. We have had to come back to the dealership service for two rock chips and they get us in immediately, their onsite lounge is so nice, and they help us with drop-ins since we live over 3 hours away. A plus is the cute shops and Italian store across the street you can visit while getting a quick tune up. Wyk was amazing with our two kids and so kind and patient. The business world needs more people like Wyk and I won’t be shocked to see him running this place somewhere in the near future. Thanks for a great experience Beaverton Kia. Highly recommend .

I really liked the 2026 Kia Niro so much I bought it the same visit. Setting up an appointment online was easy. Salesman Shawn Ange was do patient and clear in explaining the features and how they worked.

Had a really solid buying experience at Beaverton Kia. The sales team was easy to work with from the start—low pressure, patient, and completely straightforward while we checked out the car and took it out on the road. When a couple of details needed to be sorted out on the final numbers, they worked with us fairly, took care of what was needed, and got us out the door with a great vehicle at a price we felt really good about. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism, kindness and honesty. We are getting ready to relocate to the state of Montana and when I am ready to buy my next kia, I will come back and buy it from here. The staff is always kind ,professional and just fun to deal with. And their service department is outstanding. The customer service is beyond exceptional.

If you’re looking for the best price for a Kia, this is the right place to go. I was very happy with their upfront pricing and inventory availability for Tellurides. While the sales reps were all very nice, I had a less than optimal overall experience. To keep it short and to the point, I would sum it up by saying my time was not valued (especially after the purchase was complete), attention to detail was poor, and I was provided misinformation on multiple occasions. If you want the best price, go here, if you want the best experience, skip.

Amazing service, quality parts and people. Well worth the cost. My friends all ask me why I insist on taking my vehicles to the dealership for repairs. It's so expensive. My response is, many things are actually cheaper than those other shops and at Beaverton Kia I have peace of mind knowing my vehicles are repaired correctly, with the right parts and you don't have to pay the entire bill at once with their easy financing. Heck, the even wash my car for me.

It was great knowing that I wasn't going to be pressured to get a vehicle I didn't want. I also felt like I had the option to walk away at anytime without any guilt. Thanks Shawn for the wonderful service!

We brought our EV6 in for a recall and asked for tire rotation since we were coming in. They did a full point inspection and recommended an AC flush since it was past due. Omar helped us from check-in to pick-up. He was courteous, professional, friendly and conscientious. We felt well-cared for and appreciated his attention to detail and making sure we had a positive experience. We will not hesitate to return!

The service started on time and executed in less than the 90 minutes requested. The only thing is that the car was delivered with some chemical strong smell; The smell disappeared within the hour.

Car had 6800mi. There are maint time windows, so brake fluid chg, wheel align, I figure at least got it done. $246 for changing cabin paper filter and ducts seems overpriced. Chg brake fluid and bleed was less! I was informed ahead of time of recommends and cost, and the work seemed well done, as far as I can tell. Alex Werstler, my service advisor did a fabulous job, a main reason I'll return. $800 for routine service on a 2023 car running great with only freeway miles seems expensive just sayin'. M Umphrey

They helped me with a standard tire rotation and oil change, they also went and checked the status of the car itself. They also helped resolve an electrical issue in my car. There was an issue with the payment, but that has more to do with policy over this specific location, they did also give me contact to escalate my issue.

I came in and purchased my new car today. Everything about my buying experience was stress free and awesome! We knew we weren’t quite ready to buy that day, but we were hoping to purchase by the end of the month so we could take advantage of the available promotions. The best car buying /leasing experience I have ever had…and I’m 70. From walking in to driving off, you only deal with one person. Erik Rodriguez was awesome, low pressure and extremely knowledgeable about the car. Can’t say enough good things about Beaverton Kia…a nice “how’s the car”text and a token of thanks ( 2 bottles of wine) was a nice touch as well. I’m loving my car.

We had our EV serviced and ended up getting the whole battery system replaced for free under warranty! The folks were super nice and the place was squeaky clean. It did take 13 days and they were initially reluctant to supply a loaner vehicle, but it all worked out in the end. Absolutely LOVE having the 10 year warranty honored.
