I would definitely give “A FIVE STAR RATING” to Beaverton KIA Service & Part for their amazing services. I had work done on my vehicle in late Dec 2020 which included: Oil change and replacing right front CV axle. This was my first visit to the dealership and it was very positive. People were friendly and helpful. Alberto was especially knowledgeable about the K5 and instrumental in my choosing the K%. Rachel was very helpful and friendly, she was new and not as familiar with all the features of the car. The process took over 4 hours, which seemed long to me.

I stopped by for ATF fluid at parts counter. Seems like they are into services, not parts. Place was clean, person professional. Toyota Beaverton better and more welcoming as comparison.

Yet another fantastic experience with leasing a new Kia from Derek! All discussions conveniently by texting, so that when I arrived to sign the lease - it was just a pleasant formality! My wife and I were looking for a low mile Soul. Erik was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Derek was an awesome car consultant/salesman with great patience in talking with me as a Deaf person by writing our notes and even talking in my iPhone for voice translation! Last March, 2018 I bought an used 2018 KIA Soul at same place Beaverton KIA but now I wanted the new one so I went back to trade my car for 2021 KIA Soul S with extra features and I simply love it! Derek helped my process in buying to make it easier! Derek wast a nice man even wearing the mask!
We have been buy cars here for over 10 years. We are on our 4th Kia and still have our original 2010 KIA Soul. I would 100% recommend checking them out and see if they have a car that fits your needs.

In the past I have not looked forward to buying or leasing a new car Usually because the process takes so long with all the back-and-forth negotiating. So I was dreading the experience but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at Kia Beaverton. Jonathan greeted me right away and provided great and fast service. I was there for a total of one hour and 45 minutes from start to finish. I drove away with the car that I love.
