An unexpected repair popped up during routine maintenance. The part had a long lead time. We needed the car back quick. My daughter uses the car and needed it to get back to college. The service advisor worked hard to source the part and the service manager went out of the way to pick up the part as the shop was closing. They went above and beyond to get the car fixed and help my daughter get back to college on time.

Beaverton Kia was an amazing experience from start to finish. I ended up purchasing a brand new 2026 Kia Selto almost the same price I was seeing on older used vehicles, which still feels like an incredible deal. Jerome was our salesperson, and besides just being a genuinely cool guy, he was also a fantastic salesman. He immediately understood what I was looking for and absolutely nailed it with the first option he showed me. It honestly felt like he read my mind in terms of what would work best for my needs. He was also extremely patient throughout the entire process, especially with the back-and-forth involving my elderly father, which I really appreciated. He never rushed us and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend asking for Jerome if you’re shopping at Beaverton Kia.

Excellent customer service

I went to Kia to check on possible oil leak or my engine burning oil. Devin at the service desk took the time to explain everything. He was friendly and helpful. He also let me know what the next possible steps would be. I bought my car new in 2016, and all my service was still covered under warranty. They completely honor their 10 year warranty. I wouldn’t have known about it if it wasn’t for Devin letting me know. Great customer service all around!!

Bought a 2025 Telluride 10 months ago from a different Kia dealership. We didn’t know what we didn’t know! We loved our car but the hybrid option was intriguing. Shawn (❣️) took ownership of the lack of in person and video clips education and made it right. He was going to help us whether or not we bought. We made a deal on a new Hybrid Telluride! Overall, our experience was mixed. One thing I really appreciated was being able to speak with someone over the phone before making the trip to the dealership. I also liked having the option to text with a salesperson ahead of time. They answered our questions, sent photos and videos of the van, and helped us decide whether it was worth coming in. That part of the experience was excellent and saved us time. Where the experience became frustrating was the financing process. I would have preferred to complete the financing before coming to the dealership. I wasn't looking to find out that I was "pre-approved"—I already knew that. I wanted confirmation that I was actually approved, along with my interest rate, monthly payment, and all applicable fees before making the drive. My ideal buying experience would have been to arrive knowing exactly what the financing looked like, inspect and test drive the van, sign the paperwork, and leave. Instead, we spent several hours at the dealership while our salesperson had to repeatedly go back and forth with the finance department to get answers to our questions about financing and various fees. The process felt much longer and more complicated than it needed to be. Buyers should also be prepared for multiple warranty offers. We felt considerable pressure to purchase additional warranty products throughout the process. The biggest disappointment came after the sale. About two weeks after purchasing the van, the navigation and infotainment screen—which controls navigation, Bluetooth, and many of the vehicle's features—stopped working. This is a significant and expensive component to replace. Unfortunately, the dealership was not willing to have its service department diagnose the issue, repair it, or contribute toward the cost of repairs elsewhere. That was especially disappointing given how soon the problem occurred after purchase. I understand that used vehicles can have unexpected issues. However, when a major component fails within the first month of ownership, I believe standing behind the vehicle is simply the right thing to do, regardless of whether the customer purchased an extended warranty. Even offering to diagnose the issue or help with part of the repair would have demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. There were parts of this experience that I appreciated, particularly the communication before we visited the dealership. However, the financing process and the lack of support after a major component failed left us disappointed.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Beaverton Kia. 10/10 recommend this place. We were helped by Tucker and he did an amazing job helping us through the process. Great selection of vehicles and everything from start to finish was amazing. I will always return here when car shopping.

Disappointing. Car wash didn't include vacuuming inside. Battery must have been disconnected or something because all my media settings were gone. I had to reset them all. The drivers seat had been adjusted and not returned to my settings. Finally, texts are great, but I didn't get one saying the car was ready. So even though I was sitting 50 feet away in your service lounge, your guy didn't bother to check in there. So I was there long after my car was ready.

Excellent service and friendly salespeople and staff. Highly recommend if you are considering a Kia. Both Wick and Enrique helped us with our transaction and were very knowledgeable and personable.

Sam and Alexander were amazing to work with. Very accommodating and thorough. Went to look at one car I saw they had in stock and it wasn’t what I wanted once I saw it. Alexander was very patient and took me to see other cars. I found the exact perfect fit after looking at a few others. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Recall service. Dealership recommended several additional services which were beyond the recommendations in the owners manual. Most were declined. Kia USA confirmed those services were not required to keep the vehicle in good condition.
