I knew we had an appointment and I was not really paying attention if there is certain agent I have to approach. It shouldn’t matter right since all agents are there to help. But one was just not minding me you really need to go up and ask what to do. Maybe I’m just new. But still. Found who we need to work with and everything was fine. We got our loaner car and maybe hanged put within the area to get the car. Not bad for our first service with Kia. Just that I would suggest if an agent see a customer looking awkwardly new and not knowledgeable of what to do, they would go and ask if they can help.

Tess made this process smooth, fast and easy! No need endless up sells, prompt and clear communication, consistent and easy to understand pricing - would go again!

Great customer service but extremely overpriced on the labor I got a rough estimate of 500 to 600 and when it was all said and done it ended up being over 1300 I trust their expertise though but I do believe the labor is way overpriced. I do want to clarify though that the service advisors Omar and Tyler were very knowledgeable and respectful and helpful

I have 2 Kias, 2019 Optima and 2024 Carnival. I've been going to these guys forever. I love my cars and for the most part these guys have been great. It's a dealership so I do feel they're a little pricey but they know their cars. I've had a few recalls on my Carnival that required them to work on the back seats. I bought expensive seat covers to protect my seats. Keep them nice and clean. I have kids. Anyways, they had to remove the seat covers to work on the recalls. Unfortunately, both times I received my Carnival back, the seats were dirty. Dirty hand prints all over them. The first time, a manager came out and cleaned my seats and apologized. Ok. This last time, when I went to picked up my Carnival it was near closing so my sevice advisor was gone. I didn'tget a chance to talk to him. He could have notified me at least. That's my first issue. I normally schedule with a different advisor but they rescheduled my appointment with someone else which I didn't know. Someone else checked me out and returned my vehicle. My seats were dirty AGAIN! I wasn't upset, I just sighed and went to tell them. When I showed this person my dirty seats, I was totally expecting an apology and for them to clean my seats but to my surprise, this guy started explaining to that they don't clean the back seats. I was like, what?!!! So you work on my car, dirty it but you don't clean after yourselves?!! Now, I was upset. I ended up having to speak with someone else, not a manager because they probably went home already. I didn't get any apology but finally they did offer to take my vehicle in to clean them. I simply asked them for a clean towel and cleaning solution to clean them myself as I didn't trust them to do it right. The guy that checked me out was young and probably new. I'm going to chalk it up to that even if it's not true. I haven't had issues aside from this but now I wonder how they leave the rest of my car. I guess as long as they keep to maintenance and not do something inside the cabin of your vehicle, you should be ok.

Eric and his team has been so nice and helpful. They're friendly, quick, and I love the text contact with Kia. They even take videos of their tuneup so I see what they've done etc. Communication has been A+

I had an unusual noise coming from the car and they actually fixed it. Very professional.

Service took longer that expected; however, technician kept us updated so we weee aware of the delay.

The price was great and one price/ one person as advertised. Our salesman was polite, knowledgeable, and worked hard. However, then the negotiations begin with all the add-ons. It was confusing to figure out how the line items were listed. It felt like a number dump. I can give further suggestions if needed.

We visited on Father's Day and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Carlos and Zach were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while we test-drove several vehicles. The selection was great, and we never felt pressured or rushed. The entire dealership had a welcoming atmosphere with people who genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right vehicle. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Kristin was great she was very patient with our millions of questions and requests. Paperwork process was speedy and pain free. They gave us a fair value for our trade in. The facility was very clean too. They have a nice coffee machine that I got a cappuccino from. We are super happy with our new Kia Sorento.

Excellent service. My only issue is that for other than routine maintenance, they do not give an estimate of how long repairs will probably take, always saying several days. In fact, the car is almost always ready the same day.

Wow!! What an outstanding professional experience I had in taking my Kia Niro in fort an express oil change service!! I was greeted with care & support. I had to switch from driving to the POWER Kia in Salem where I purchased my new Kia to Beaverton Kia for my service on my new car. I’m pleased to say it was a stellar experience. My service advisor, Karlie, was professional & communicative. I appreciate her ability to get my car in for me in a timely manner & informed me of the maintenance needed to service my new Kia. Never felt pressured but he was very accommodating giving us the time and space to make our decision without pushing us for a decision. Love the car and there was no surprise with cost. Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman, Jerome, wasn't pushy, knew a lot about all types of Kia cars, programs, warranties, etc. Never felt pressured and only worked with a single person the whole time. The dealership often gets busy so I would suggest going early or during off peak hours.

Almost Lost Me, But Alexander Saved the Day Came in knowing exactly what I wanted, a lower trim Sportage to bring my payment down from a high-end vehicle I already own. My first salesperson, John Eric, was not listening at all. Instead of showing me base models like I asked, he walked me straight to the highest trim Sportage on the lot. When I told him it wasn’t going to work, he said they could only make the deal on the higher-end model which was crazy and that is from someone who has worked at a dealership for 9 years. Things escalated, and he walked away from me mid-conversation. That’s not how you treat a customer. That’s when Alexander stepped in on his first day and completely flipped the experience. Him and sales manager Zach actually listened, worked with me, apologized and got me exactly what I needed. Because of those two, Beaverton Kia kept a sale they were about to lose. Left happy with my purchase. If you go to Beaverton Kia, ask for Alexander he will take care of you.

While they performed the maintenance that I paid for correctly they were very pushy about the battery coolant and brake fluid change intervals that they made up and were not based on anything from the manufacturer. I understand that EV's have reduced the profitability of dealers service shops, but increasing the battery coolant change from 120k to every 30k because Portland is an "extreme" climate is a complete farce and marking it as failed in the inspection report could affect the manufacturer warranty coverage. Will be finding a different service shop that is better trained for EVs for my EV6 in the future.

Great service! The problem was my pickup time. I dropped it off at 11:30. My pick it up time was 630.

Regular service is a breeze. The technician I deal with each time is knowledgable and calm. They send a preinspection video and a text of any issues as soon as they get under the car. And so far the fees have been in line with service. They are earning my loyalty and right now I would recommend them. Keep it up Beaverton Kia. Good job.

It’s my first time getting a Kia and my customer service rep Agustin was really helpful. He showed me all the features of the cars I was comparing and was very patient explaining what they were. For someone who’s not good at understanding some of these features, I do appreciate his patience. Then when it came to the financials, he too explained clearly what it was and its importance. Customer service is top notch! Car wise, I brought home the EV9 Land. I used to have the ID4. Their bells and whistles are different. I lose some but gained some. Sound system is superb for the EV9. And window sound proofing. There’s more and let me enjoy them in the next few days.

Beaverton Kia has been great to work with - we purchased a car here and have used their service department a few times both for an older Kia we own and for servicing the newer Kia. They’re always efficient and we’ve never had any complaints. They explain things well and communication is always at the forefront. The entire service process runs smoothly.

Everything went well. A special thanks to the person (I should have asked the name) who went far ahead, taking extra time in wiping the car exteriors when he saw me doing that. Thank you.

Coming in with our toddler we were very hesitant with how long the process would be but he always made sure we were comfortable and went out of his way to engage with our toddler and even gave her coloring pages and crayons when he noticed she was getting fussy! He is very friendly, genuine and professional! Would 100% recommend him!
