2018 Sedona Earns IIHS Safety Pick Award

2018 Kia Sedona earns 2018 IIHS Top Safety Pick when equipped with optional front crash prevention and high intensity discharge (HID) headlights built after May 2017. To qualify for 2018 TOP SAFETY PICK, a vehicle must earn good ratings in the driver-side small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength and head restraint tests. It also must earn no less than an advanced rating for front crash prevention and no less than an acceptable headlight rating.

2018 Sedona Earns NHTSA Overall 5-Star Crash Safety Rating

Starting with 2011 models, NHTSA has introduced tougher tests and rigorous new 5-Star Safety Ratings that provide more information about safety feature performance and crash avoidance technologies.
